Nathan Egner, Esquire

Nathan Egner joined the firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2018.  His practice covers a range of corporate matters for small businesses and he counsels individuals on estate and financial planning.  He is also experienced in estate administration and residential and commercial real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Egner was the founder of a solo practice that counseled individuals and small businesses on corporate, estate, and tax matters.  Mr. Egner began his professional career at an international consulting firm where his group advised corporate boards and management teams on executive pay programs, including employment agreements and severance arrangements.

An avid traveler, Nathan has zip-lined through the jungles of Costa Rica, summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and spent time in nearly all of the United States. During the summers, he spends most weekends down the shore in Avalon, NJ.  Aside from travel, Nathan enjoys cooking, politics, and all the Philadelphia sports teams.
